On October 30 Diane drove from Benson, AZ through Tucson and through Phoenix and realized she was tired after two major cities so we stopped at a scenic rest area so Bill could finish the day. Here is the rest area:
We stopped at Camp Verde, AZ after driving a total of 263 miles. We would be close to Sedona without having to pay the high campground prices in Sedona and without having to take the motorhome on the curvy two lane roads to Sedona.
The next day was Halloween and we drove to Prescott, through Jerome and into Sedona
On November 1 we went back to Sedona and then visited Montezuma's Castle National Monument
