The alligator by the great blue heron starts to move:
You can see the great blue heron is getting nervous:
Then this hawk flew by and landed in a tree nearby after catching a fish. We think is a red shouldered hawk.

The great blue heron has moved into the pond while we were watching the hawk:
The hawk gave us a closer view of its back before taking off.
