We got up on August 12th and Diane realized she had a cold. This probably contributed to her reluctance to hike the day before in addition to the hot weather.
We left Glendive and headed into North Dakota. We stopped at the Painted Canyon Visitors Center and Rest Area in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We were last here July 28, 2009.

Then we took off and headed further east. This is one large cow!
After 206 miles we were camped at A Prairie Breeze RV Park in Menoken, ND, just east of Bismarck. This is the same place we stayed in September 2003.
Because of storms and Diane's cold, we did not play tourist this time. We did revisit the Space Aliens Grill and Bar and it was still a very good place to eat.
Now we are off to Minnesota.
